• Owners are requested to have all dogs on lead when entering and leaving the unit. 

    • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the appointment as there is limited parking, and keep dogs in the car until the previous client has left.

    • Please use the designated spaces, vehicles are left at owners risk.

    • As the business is based on an industrial estate please be aware of hazards such as vehicles, machinery and uneven ground.

    • Owners are asked to be prompt when entering and leaving so not to impact on the next client's session. Any late arrivals will lose time on their booking, it can not be carried over as bookings are back to back.

    • Payments must be made at time of booking, walk-in sessions are not available.

    • No refunds within 48 hours.

    • Cleaning - Owners are asked to make sure their dogs have toileted before arriving. Any mess must be cleaned by the owner, using the cleaning equipment provided. The facility will be deep cleaned at the end of every day.

    • Bookings must be made by an adult of 18 years or above. There must be an adult present at all times during the session.

    • We have liability insurance, However we will not be held responsible for any injury to client or animal. The facility is to be used at the owners risk, this includes owners property. 

    • No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs to be used within the facility.

    • The dogs are the owners responsibility at all times. This includes but is not limited to the dogs safety, welfare and behaviour. The owners are to check the equipment before use to make sure they are happy it is safe to use.

    • If the dog has a history of aggression or reactivity this is to be disclosed at the time of booking. This is not to prevent the booking but to keep staff members safe.

    • Any damage to equipment caused by the owner or dog is the owners responsibility and will be invoiced by the company.

    • As the facility will be used by lots of different dogs we recommend that dogs are up to date with vaccines, worm and flea treatments. All puppies must have completed a full course of vaccinations. If owners choose not to vaccinate, using the play centre is at their own risk and the company is not liable.

    • Any dogs showing symptoms of illness to include coughing, vomiting and diarrhoea must not attend the appointment.  

    • Harsh handling - physically or verbally will not be allowed. This includes e collars and prong collars. 

  • We welcome all breeds to come and enjoy some muzzle free time. For insurance purposes the terms must be followed.

    • The dog is registered with the Index of exempted dogs and the certificate should be available if requested.

    • Public liability insurance should be in place for the dog and the certificate for this available if requested.

    • If bringing more than one dog then there must be a 1to1 handler for the exempted dog. As long as the dog has no issues with aggression we are happy to assist with the other dogs if the client is the 1 to 1 handler, this will need to be discussed prior to any bookings. 

    • Dogs must be on lead and muzzled when entering and leaving the facility.
