Indoor Pool Terms and Conditions

(known as “Wag n’ Waves”)

The Offering of Services

The Customer wishes to hire a facility space from Wag n’ Waves.

Booking, Cancellations and Payment

  • Bookings must be made via the website and are not confirmed until written confirmation is received.

  • Only adults (18+) may make bookings.

  • Payment is due in full at time of booking. Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours prior.

  • Exceptions for illness are case-by-case, with possible vet evidence required.

  • Bookings are non-transferable without written permission.

  • Public holiday rates: 1.5x standard rate.

  • Customer liability includes damage caused by their dogs.

Pricing and Rate Reviews

Rates are reviewed annually. Existing bookings are honoured at the booked rate.

Standards and Insurance

Wag n’ Waves provides professional and reliable services but is not liable for unforeseeable incidents unless negligent.

Customer’s Obligations

  • Read and agree to these Terms.

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supervise dogs closely during exercise.

  • Keep the facility clean; dispose of all waste.

  • Report any damage immediately.

Multi-Owner Bookings

Only one additional owner may join a session and must sign these terms on arrival.

Vaccinations and Preventative Healthcare

Dogs must be vaccinated (including Leptospirosis) and treated for fleas. Titre tests are acceptable for DHP.

Use of the Facilities

  • Park only in designated areas.

  • Dogs must be on leads in shared spaces.

  • No smoking/vaping on site.

  • Damage to property must be paid for.

Customer Complaints

Complaints must be received within 5 days. Wag n’ Waves will respond within 5 days and handle in good faith.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for events beyond their control. Notification must be given when such events occur.

Privacy Policy

Customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR 2018. Photos may be used for marketing unless opted out in writing.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English Law and subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Facility Procedures

Entrance and Exit

  • Wait in car until previous user has left.

  • Dogs on leads in parking/shared areas only.

  • Close gates securely—no tailgating.

Pool Area (Splash Zone)

  • Max 4 dogs, 2 in pool at a time.

  • Initial swim assessment required.

  • Mandatory lifejackets at first session.

  • No feeding 2 hours before/after.

  • Pool treated and maintained regularly.

Business Bookings

Only working dogs with handlers allowed for training. Other businesses may not book at this time.
